Straight answers about cognitive collaboration

We believe transparency builds trust. Here are the questions teams ask most often before working with MindFlux.

No. MindFlux is a cognitive collaboration platform and training provider — not a marketing agency, advertising firm, or content production house. We do not create ad campaigns, manage social media accounts, design brand identities, or sell marketing automation. Our entire focus is on helping teams adopt structured human–AI teaming practices for knowledge work, operations, and strategic decision-making. If you need marketing services, we are happy to recommend specialists — but that is not what we do.
Absolutely not. This is a core principle of the MindFlux framework. Cognitive AI tools are designed to augment human reasoning — surfacing information, accelerating research, structuring options, and documenting thought processes. Final decisions, ethical judgements, creative direction, and accountability always remain with people. We explicitly train teams to identify decision points where human oversight is non-negotiable, and we build governance checkpoints into every workflow we help design. AI does not replace human decisions at MindFlux — it makes human decisions better informed.
Mid-size teams in Saskatchewan and Western Canada — typically 8 to 80 people — who produce knowledge work and want a structured, accountable path to cognitive AI adoption. Our clients include public-sector departments, resource-sector operations groups, professional services firms, and growing technology companies. If your team thinks for a living and wants pragmatic guidance rather than hype, MindFlux is likely a good fit.
The five cognitive channels are Discovery, Synthesis, Acceleration, Decision Support, and Documentation. They provide a shared vocabulary for mapping where AI augments team thinking and where human judgement remains essential. Every MindFlux program and service uses this framework to ensure teams develop consistent, governable practices rather than ad hoc tool usage.

Programs (MFX-101 through MFX-601) are structured, curriculum-based training engagements with fixed scope, pricing, and outcomes. Many clients begin with a Discovery Workshop or MFX-101 orientation before committing to a longer program.
